This restaurant is in the middle of nowhere by glacier and has very good burgers. Has a nice mountain view as well with a great balcony outside. Service was not really good but I gather they were busy, but they tried. Their burgers are thick and juicy and I had the rhubarb pie. Enjoy!!

I go here for breakfast occasionally on the weekends. Under four choices available to keep it easy for the kitchen due to staffing issues. But solid breakfast burrito and biscuits and gravy. Tasty coffee with great views of the Matsu Glacier.

Restaurant Specific review - great dining area, great views. Service is attentive, although maybe too hands off at times. Love the simple menu, everything was great. Only thing I'd ask is that the food was slightly hotter, the biscuits and gravy and pie specifically. Coffee is on point!

I gave 5 stars for the lodge however I did not stay here, eating the food next to an incredible view and amazing taxidermy was a blessing you cannot get anywhere else. The food was really good, I have no complaints, however I went with a group and they seemed to think it was no food to brag about and only dealt with it because there was nothing else around for miles. Despite this, this place deserves 5 stars from me.

We had an amazing dinner at this restaurant. The owner and servers were very hospitable. Overall the restaurant had great food (except the Chili - it was very sweet) and a breathtaking view of the Matanuska glacier. It's definitely a must visit if you are staying or driving by.

Professional staff assisted with unscheduled transportation issues. They were very accommodating and the atmosphere was traditional Alaskan -so was the hospitality. As Lift and Support travel on youtube, I highly recommend this restaurant. It is below the main road level so look out for it near Glacierview.

Came to eat just for lunch with a guided tour of the glacier. Nice view but bad burger, overcooked, dry and even the meat didn’t taste very good. I always say the burgers in the us are the best, in Europe we have to learn from them. Well, def not from here. Furthermore, the wait was unacceptably too long.
