This is, hands down, the best restaurant in Alaska. If you've lived here for any length of time you'll understand when I say that restaurants up here don't have to sell great food to stay open, it only has to be edible. I'm not sure if that's because of the lack of options when eating out or if they have yet to discover salt in this state but that's clearly not the case at Susitna Bar and Grill. Keep up the good work guys.

Food was not worth the cost and definitely not authentic as everyone says.
