Everytime I come here everyone is super nice. They are very fast even when going in to order. I could get a bit anxious when ordering but everyone here is super nice and patient with me; I really appreciate that. Mary took my order today and I can't say this enough when I say she really is very nice. I feel welcomed. I'll be back.

After I didn't hand my phone through she brought the card reader out through the window, had to redo the scan because of the rain just adding to the uncomfortable experience that our interaction has been. After she received payment she then attempted to hand us kids size lemonade, we stop and politely ask weren't they supposed to be large? Annalise then start to once again rudely explain that we ordered "regs". (We did indeed not order regs) having to once again put this cashier of a local business unprofessional attitude to the side we explained that we ordered larges. Sighing she hads us our cookie and tells us she will bring them outside. We pull forward she comes out with them hands them off and says nothing as we say have a goodnight. I don't know if something in her life isn't the way she wants but has no ground to act that way. If Arby's needs her to work there better chance having her as a cook or somewhere where it's y'all's problem and not a tourist or local or anyone in that fact no one deserves to have the experience Annalise had provided for us. Thanks for passing on ur bad time to us :)!

Usually I go thru here 2-3 times a week with my wife(lol I know we have a problem) and it’s usually very friendly, nice, quick and we are always satisfied with our visit. But tonight was toxic and terrible and we probably won’t return until Annalise is no longer working there. For her to call me a liar and want my bags back to make sure I’m not lying over a chicken sandwich is beyond wow . After she ran her chubby little fingers thru my wife and I food she realized she messed up pushed our bags back to us thru the window and when to get the missing sandwich. Put it in a bag and quickly shoved it at me said BYE! And slammed the window. She must be new or something bc the managers, employees and Gm of Arby’s all know me and behavior for an employee yet alone a manager has no business in a professional setting. She not only creates and toxic environment for myself but she also creates in the work place by being a “leader” for Arby’s in the same demeanor. Congratulations Annalise, we will be finding a new restraint as a normal place for us
Used the drive through and the service was quick and the employees showed attention to detail, were friendly and respectful. Food was hot and the drinks were cold. Love the gyros! And curly fries
For a fast food chain, the establishment is quite pleasant. Well kept and clean. The staff is always very nice, patient, and understanding. I forgot my wallet one time and one of the employees paid for my meal!! God bless them! The workers always get food out very quickly as well.
The workers here are so nice (they were too nice to be working in fast food - it was weird), and I really appreciate how fast they made the food! Everything tasted good.
