Big place with everything a kid would want and a great environment 4 stars because some of the machines don't work and the prizes aren't great still love going there

The SpongeBob coin pusher took a bunch of credits from my son and did not give him plays. After telling the staff about the problem, they basically accused me of lying and went to check the machine. After they confirmed it was broken, they only refunded me $3 worth of plays. Very rude accusatory people, I won't be spending money there again.

And to boot we save up coupons but they changed the rules so the coupons are no good on weekends. Double whammy today. This is the last time I bring my family here.

Still a great place but please turn the heat down!!! Had a birthday party and everyone was over heated its always hot especially up stairs ...

I came into the arcade expecting really nothing like a knock off dave and busters but the games are fantastic the food okay but the employees are amazing the one who stands out to me is a girl name Kat she helped me and my family constantly she was super nice and respectful she also kept things very real definitely coming back
