Waited 27 minutes for an order placed in store. The manager I assume continued to push food out but would not help any other employees bag it up and give it to the customer. Rather they would continue pileing food to be served but no one served it. Poor example of teamwork and respect for your employees.

I cant even come here anymore for lunch because of the wait times. 20 minutes on a good day and 30+ on a bad day. I just go to Arbys now. Theyre way faster even when there is a line.

Put in a mobile order for curbside pick up 20 minutes before I arrived based on a team member previously stating that orders aren't started until you check in on the app with your spot number. Arrived, checked in on the app. After waiting 25 minutes, I went inside to check. Order wasn't ready. The staff was disorganized, team members grabbing parts of orders and then other team members asking where the order went they were working on. A team member told me that curbside pick up orders are only fulfilled after the drive-thru and inside orders are fulfilled. A team member walked over with my order which included multiple drinks and no drink carrier. I asked about the nugget sauce for the happy meal and a team member assured me it was in the other bag. It was not. I also noticed that we were short a drink. A team member told the one team member working on my order that she was missing a medium drink for my order. After 40 minutes, the food was brought to my vehicle and I had to return inside THREE TIMES to fix the order and STILL the order was incomplete. No nugget sauce for the happy meal, no medium drink, and my order was completely missing a sandwich. Arrived home only to find out that the happy meal didn't have fries and the patty on one of the burgers was still cold. This incident comes after another incident where we ordered a sandwich, asked if it came with mayo as I have a family member that is allergic, the team member told us that the sandwich didn't come with mayo, only to arrive home and find mayo on the sandwich. I called the store, talked with a team member and sent my teenager to pick up the new sandwich only for the team member to berate and gaslight my teen, telling her that she ordered the wrong sandwich, despite our receipt saying otherwise and me SPECIFICALLY asking about mayo.

So the store says open at 6am been sitting in drive thru for 30 minutes cause I ordered on the app thinking they open at 6 cause nothing else said otherwise if your not going to open the store at the time it says then you should at least put something out to let customers know so people don’t end up sitting and waiting and when I called the store the person who answered made it seem like it was my fault for using the app then after getting are food the soda where not drinkable had no favor and they forgot the fork so the other half had to wait to get at hers definitely for the price and the over 45 minute wait will just go to a place you can sit down and eat definitely was not fast food was pretty much a total let down will not be going back

Ordered two pancake meals with sausage and a sausage McMuffin. How do they just completely forgot all the sausage on all the meals is pretty questionable. Since I couldn’t check the food because I had to get food and go. Welp. Never again. I’m not expecting anything special from fast food, but I would appreciate if they at least make the meals as they are ordered. Like a sausage McMuffin with its sausage.

Friendly staff, Big Mac was fresh however the fries & cheeseburgers were barely room temperature. We love McDonald's fries when they're fresh. We also asked for extra onion on the cheeseburgers. Lol. there were 3 little pieces of diced onion on one & a little on the second one. Willing to wait for fresh food. 😉

I have never once received my correct order from this particular mcdonalds location. Whole sandwiches missing from the bag but I'm being charged for them, alterations to my burger being ignored, and even receiving someone else's order entirely alongside my own. It's gotten to the point of waiting until I'm passing through Soldotna to order food instead because I at least feel like a mistake over there is a surprise, not an expectation like it is at the Kenai Mcdonalds

We waiter 30 mins for our food to come out and when I went back to counter to ask about it. They didn't know what happened to my order. We finally got our food and there was no sauce on my sandwich which I had asked for extra when I ordered. The staff were slow and unfriendly.. also the kids play area was super dirty.
