I have never once received my correct order from this particular mcdonalds location. Whole sandwiches missing from the bag but I'm being charged for them, alterations to my burger being ignored, and even receiving someone else's order entirely alongside my own. It's gotten to the point of waiting until I'm passing through Soldotna to order food instead because I at least feel like a mistake over there is a surprise, not an expectation like it is at the Kenai Mcdonalds

We waiter 30 mins for our food to come out and when I went back to counter to ask about it. They didn't know what happened to my order. We finally got our food and there was no sauce on my sandwich which I had asked for extra when I ordered. The staff were slow and unfriendly.. also the kids play area was super dirty.

Went as about expected but come on guys if I order a large iced coffee and you make me pay for the large and the recipe is in the cup why give me a medium that shows the sizes of an iced coffee?

I understand working in the food industry can be frustrating but when it comes to people's orders the workers need to take in to consideration of its properly done, I got a happy meal today and got the same toy as the last 3 times, and I asked for extra ketchup my burger was freaking swimming in it, that's just ignorance and being lazy, I got a mocha frappe and it's not even a frappe it's a damn iced coffee with whipped cream and choc drizzle, the workers need to do better, we are paying for that and we would like exactly what we ordered, not how you feel like making it, it's disappointing

Asked me what I wanted, and received my bag. 2 people checked it and still got onion on my burger! If you are going to ask then please give what is ordered. Some people are allergic to onion!
If I could give less than 1 star for the food and the service I would. After multiple interactions including an employee continuing poor behavior on Facebook about the interaction, I would avoid this place like the plauge. The food is never correct, tastes awful, and when it's incorrect, the employees are apparently allowed to call you rude for asking for it to be corrected (for a third time).
