Kenai lacks pizza delivery. I’ve been here 2.5 years and order from paradisos because they deliver. 1hr for delivery and $70 for 2 pizzas and cheese bread, and they NEVER get my order right in 2.5 years? I’m fed up and DONE with them.

The delivery driver, a complete stranger, walked into my house without knocking to set the pizza on the counter and then stood in my kitchen while I awkwardly tried to get the payment ready. Wouldn't recommend ordering delivery if they're just sending friends of the new owner instead of real employees.

My first visit, my wife used to eat here when her family lived in Kenai/Soldotna 40 years ago. We had a pizza and it was excellent. Great little restaurant. Highly recommended !

Hit or miss on the food but it's good when it's good! The building is old, ran down and has been in desperate need of attention. They have 2 banquet rooms a smaller and larger rooms.
Parking: You can park a distance down the city road and the parking lot can hold another 30 vehicles.
Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu. My kids have always enjoyed going.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes from the street into the front entrance. They have an unpaved parking lot and it's difficult terrain for elders or people with mobility issues.
Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes when told it would be 35 minutes! And this is what they call lasagna. Gone way down hill.

Took forever and place not even half way full. Good cold. Only brought one meal and then had to ask what the second meal was. Soup and salad. Finally got soup after cancelling the dalad. Soup cold. Bill brought and tried to charge for the salad that never was served.

Waited 65 minutes for dinner and never did get served they gave us burnt hard bread it was awful restaurant was half empty we were up from 100 miles away terrible service I do not recommend.
Are here our first night in Kenai & holy cow…the lasagna was amazing! It’s much bigger inside than it looks, and they were fairly busy, but the service was excellent and the food came out quickly. Everyone was happy with their meal choices, and the prices weren’t bad for the amount of food you get. Did I mention the lasagna?!

Absolutely rudest customer service and manager I’ve spoken with. We ordered pizza and soup online to be delivered, pretty simple. Order was over 30 minutes past delivery time, no napkins, plates or utensils came with it. Drinks were forgotten so delivery girl ran back, she was the sweetest! We called so they could give her utensils/paper goods and was told they have no control w door dash. We said you prepared and packaged, she talked over me and said they have no control over online orders. We said ok well the girl is coming back for forgotten drinks could you give her a spoon for my soup. She was so argumentative and said they weren’t in the same place??? I called back talked to Terry, explained we were across the street at the hotel w no utensils, she apologized but was no help, I asked for the manager and guess what, it was the girl I spoke w Anya who preceded to hang up on me!! Better places to eat and spend money, will never recommend Paradisos again.

We were seated, never got menus, they kept walking by for over 25 minutes without even checking on us, we got up left and no one said a word when we walked by. Absolutely the worst service on the ENTIRE Kenai
