Food seems to be hit or miss, but I think it depends on the cook... But service and waitresses are already pretty great! Salad bar is super 🤤

I called places a to go order they got the first and third thing I ordered but not my meal ordered a calzone then the rigatoni alfredo then cheese bread they got all but the rigatoni kind of hard to miss seeing on how you got my calzone and the bread but not the rigatoni was in-between those as I placed my order calzone, rigatoni then the bread
We’ve been in the area for several days and had not found a good seafood restaurant. Fortunately we saw Paradisos. We got a table right away and service was very quick. Our food choices were hot and excellent. I had the chicken Dijon and it was superb. My husband had the steak and it was so tender and good. Too bad we are headed home tomorrow as we could have eaten there again.

While dining options in Kenai are few and far between, please do Yourself a favor and avoid this location if possible until reviews start to show consistent positive experiences as a result of the management and ownership understanding and rectifying their food/service shortfalls.
Was born and raised in Kenai and Paradiso’s was a consistent and beloved dining experience for me and my family for 30+ years. Recently returned for a visit and was so very disappointed to see how far this place has fallen from grace. We ordered 2 Seafood Arrabiatta Pasta’s and a Caesar Salad to go. Got back to our lodge to eat and found that neither of our pasta dishes had any scallops in them, and were effectively half the size of what they once were. Missing protein is a fairly big deal given their online menu from their own website lists the inclusions as Halibut, Shrimp, and Scallops. And at $39 each, I expect the order to include all those items. Then we found the Caesar Salad was sent with absolutely no dressing. Called the restaurant to explain our disappointment and give them an opportunity to make it right in one way or another. Was abruptly put on hold by the hostess and forced to wait for the manager, who took no accountability, claiming “they don’t have scallops and she didn't make or pack that salad, sorry.” No attempt to address the issue at hand was made, or true apologies extended. Your own Website claims this menu item features scallops, so if you no longer have scallops, you must update that menu listing. In the interim, it’s false advertisement of a menu item and I have to second guess how accurate menu descriptions for everything else truly are. I don't typically take the time to write reviews, but this manager’s indifference and failure to provide some semblance of proper customer service in the face of clear failures wasn’t something I could let slide. Please work on being better.

An outstanding Italian restaurant in Kenai. I can't say enough about how good the food was. If you're looking for a casual place to have great food please go to Paradiso's

The people who’d rate this place five stars are the type of people to give five starts to a gas station slice of pizza. This place is gross, don’t be fooled
Kenai lacks pizza delivery. I’ve been here 2.5 years and order from paradisos because they deliver. 1hr for delivery and $70 for 2 pizzas and cheese bread, and they NEVER get my order right in 2.5 years? I’m fed up and DONE with them.

The delivery driver, a complete stranger, walked into my house without knocking to set the pizza on the counter and then stood in my kitchen while I awkwardly tried to get the payment ready. Wouldn't recommend ordering delivery if they're just sending friends of the new owner instead of real employees.

My first visit, my wife used to eat here when her family lived in Kenai/Soldotna 40 years ago. We had a pizza and it was excellent. Great little restaurant. Highly recommended !

Hit or miss on the food but it's good when it's good! The building is old, ran down and has been in desperate need of attention.
They have 2 banquet rooms a smaller and larger rooms.
Parking: You can park a distance down the city road and the parking lot can hold another 30 vehicles.
Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu. My kids have always enjoyed going.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes from the street into the front entrance. They have an unpaved parking lot and it's difficult terrain for elders or people with mobility issues.

Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes when told it would be 35 minutes! And this is what they call lasagna. Gone way down hill.

Took forever and place not even half way full. Good cold. Only brought one meal and then had to ask what the second meal was. Soup and salad. Finally got soup after cancelling the dalad. Soup cold. Bill brought and tried to charge for the salad that never was served.
