Stopped for a quick drink, and ended up with a really quick Chicken Quasadilla! Lovely patio with beautiful flowers. They are adding additional dining room as I speak! So cute and fun!
This restaurant is a consistent staple in Nikiski. We don't eat out much anymore but when we need to we know we can always count on Ruby's. The food is always great, I do wish they would add a few more fresh options, but I've never had a bad experience a single instance so I think they deserve a 5 star review!
Every time I order food, it's ready within 15-20 minutes. The food is always amazing and well worth its weight in gold. Never have i ever been disappointed in the quality or the standard of food that has been prepared.
