Called ahead to confirm they were open until 9 PM, showed up at 8:40, and asked the employee if they were open. He said they were open. Show up with no food out and asked again if they were open. The response I got was “No, we’re not closed, but we already put away all the food.’ If you’re going to stop serving before the posted hours, just change the hours on the sign. This was unprofessional and a waste of my time. Don’t claim to stay open until 9 if you’re not actually serving customers until then.

Awful, way to over priced and nasty sandwich. I got a chicken bacon ranch. By tike I got home (5min) it was so soggy, they only had 2 types of bread, the staff was rude. All over bad experience, the chicken was also slimy. The whole sandwich made me sick.

I just downloaded the Subway App and sed it fir the first time. Wow.... so much easier... You have the option of selecting which bread, veggies, sauces etc etc etc just as if you are standing at the counter. Additionally you pay in advance for your order. They will give you a time to pick your order up and all you do is sign for it...... I was very pleased with the service and my order was spot on.
