EDIT to original post: Claudia was amazing and went the extra mile to figure out what happened, turns out huge miscommunication as I have a shellfish allergy and it got put across no veggies. She reached out to me and made it right. I just had another helping of the pasta and it is amazing as it was the first time! Top notch customer care!! Thank you for going above and beyond to find out what happened and fix the concern!!! They take care of their customers! Recommend 100% when you want a nice sit down place to eat!
Disregard.. Miscommunication !! Was here last week and had an amazing meal. The creamy pesto pasta with roasted potatoes,onions and chicken. Ordered it again Tonight as it was so good before and was extremely disappointed. No potatoes and no onions. Doesn’t even taste the same. The menu lists those as ingredients. For the $$ I expected more consistency especially only 1 week apart.

The staff is wonderful, they keep the atmosphere happy and light! The chefs are absolute artists! We had the artichoke dip (incredible!) the gumbo (super yummy and not spicy) and the pasta primavera (oh my goodness! Wow!) A definite must stop spot! ?

Simply the best in town! Well, both towns (Kenai/Soldotna)!
Came in with a group of 5 ordered our food waited probably around 1 hr 30 minutes just for the food to come out cold, burger was slightly warm and the fries were soggy and cold, some of the food was under seasoned and in the end we were charged $80 for gratuity from $200 worth of food!! Wouldn’t recommend!

Ive always loved this place- try to pop in for a date night here every couple months. Steaks always good, mac n cheese is my bfs favorite, we always love their other pasta dishes. Even their brussel sprouts are delicious. My man and I went on Sunday night, packed like usual, great service from Brooke, incredible margarita & other cocktail from Sam. My only complaint is that I WAITED SO LONG to try their poke bowl!!! INCREDIBLE! Even the one that doesn’t like sushi couldn’t get enough 10/5 ⭐️

The views to the northwest in the spring, summer, and fall make this the only view restaurant in Kenai - Kenai River, Cook Inlet, and Mt. Spur. What a view of the Kenai Flats with a chance to see eagles, caribou, moose, sandhill cranes, and always a view of Kenai River and the bluffs on the south side of Kenai. They have a solid narrow menu, wine list and a full bar. I enjoy the range of food from comfort food chicken, mashed potatoes, and gravy to good poke bowls and house-made gumbo. Service is good with friendly staff some including Ramona and Claudia have been there for years - they are best! Oysters are often available. There is always a fish on the menu and on occasion a special. A deck with a great view is available when the weather is good, and it is not windy. Be very helpful to have some glass glass barrier tall enough to block the wind and a radiant heater - not one of the umbrella styles to be able to use the deck more frequently as it offers a terrific view. It is very noisy if it is crowded. Make a reservation and sit by one of the two windows with great views. Oh, oysters are frequently on the menu. Portions are very satisfying. Highly recommend this precious local established built on the shoulders of Luke's commitment to good food and our community. Thank you Luke.

Great experience. I've been to Kenai a number of times in the past and was never able to find time to come in. The place was packed, but the service was friendly, and though the wait for food was a bit long, it came out piping hot and delicious.

This was our first time here, and we will certainly be coming back. Our server/bartender Sam was wonderful, kind and attentive. He also made the most delicious mocktail. Service was fast, the food was delicious, and the view was nice as well. We can’t wait to go back and try more dishes and drinks!
