My favorite place for a burger every time as a born and raised local. Price point wise it is the best value and is delicious. Even when they're SLAMMED they put care in their food. The staff are polite, professional.If it's the summer tourist grind please be patient, nice to the crew. They're great folks and the cooking space is extremely limited.

This place earns my 5 stars.Extremely friendly helpful staffTheir blue cheese burger is the best burger I’ve ever had. I ordered it well done and substituted raw onions for the carmelized ones that are default.I also substituted the Cole slaw for the fries, which is really good, too. If you’re in Ketchikan and love a good burger and beer you really should stop by here

Had 3 burgers in a week, this place kept me fed when everything else was closed. Fries are that perfect fluffy inside with crunchy outside. Burgers are well thought out artisan style with double patties. I got the main street, firehouse, and banh mi burgers; main st was my fave.

Terrible service - If a company offers curbside pickup and requests make and model of vehicle then such food should be delivered to vehicle and if unable to do so, call the number on the order to the customer know. That’s a big fat NOPE and the customer is expected to just know this…. After an hour of waiting for the food I was told it wasn’t ready. Twenty minutes later I called to see if the order was ready and I was told it’s been ready and the phone slammed down. When I called back again to talk to a manager for being treated so poorly, I listened to the Server blatantly bad mouth me because I requested to talk to a manager. The fact is they have the worst customer service in town, do not care about the customers and the food is crap. Do better #CapefoxCorporation

Stopped by a number of times to find all of the seating reserved. Placed several phone orders for pickup to find out that certain menu items were not available at pickup and that I would not be issued a refund for items that were unavailable. When I did get what I order the food was tasty but often cold.
