I have never been to the bar here, the humpbacks were feeding and there was an amazing rainbow. We walked down to the dock to get a better view.

The people here are welcoming.

We had a little time before heading back to the cruise ship and stopped in for a few drinks and a bite to eat.

We got some beers and fresh grilled burgers, played some ping pong and even jammed on one of the hanging guitars.

My nephew added a dollar to the wall to add to the collection of others who have been.

awesome little spot to unwind have a beer and let the good times roll.. while your at it have some ribs they were cooked to perfection, juicy, fall off the bone, finger licking, throw the napkin down lean back in your chair and enjoy the full on meat coma you just entered kind of ribs..oh and btw the staff is awesome and very friendly to boot.. great little find a must stop and dont forget to hang a dollar.. GREAT PRICES

A true hidden gem in south

Delicious bacon cheeseburger and chili. We were told it was the best burger in town, and that was correct.

We shared a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a bowl of chili for lunch. We ate on the patio and enjoyed viewing the dock activities. The burger was fabulous - large portion of beef perfectly cooked, delicious bacon, pepper jack cheese and all the regular toppings. They provided all the sauce toppings to choose from. They served a huge portion of the battered fries and they were hot and perfectly cooked. The homemade chili was delicious and perfectly spiced. Great lunch and very reasonably priced. They do take credit cards now.

Hole in the Wall is a great local bar with some pretty amazing pub food and very friendly staff. Our first evening in Ketchikan we ordered BBQ tri-tip sandwiches, fries, and potato salad, and we were very happy with our meal. The potato salad was loaded with dill (the way it's supposed to be) and was SO good! We came back the next night for more of it plus fries to accompany the king salmon we caught that day. Also found out they have a bluegrass jam on Friday evenings, which we plan to show up for! Liz, Derek, and Micah were super friendly and helpful. An overall great experience! :)

The cheeseburger and fries and the cheesy fries were excellent. Crispy, perfectly cooked. Great bar service and selection given the location and size. Husband had the Moose Drool brown ale and enjoyed it. Owners and locals were surprised we found it so if you’re a cruiser or tourist, come check this place out before everyone else finds it!
