My family and I ate at Gold Pan a few weeks ago and the staff was not polite. One guy was running his butt of and trying really hard and I appreciate that. we ordered 3 pizzas and 2 orders of garlic bread sticks. When they brought them out they gave them to us in to go boxes (we were playing card games and clearly going to eat in) they set the pizzas down and walked away. We had to walk back to the kitchen to ask for plates, it seemed very inconvenient for them to get us some....read full review
Gold pan used to be a favorite, but in the last 2 or so years every time we order from there(which has only been 3 or 4 time’s hoping it would get better) we have been very disappointed. Our pizza tonight was very thrown together and the crust was not cooked all the way. The cheesy sticks were just not good. The bottom was soggy and the taste just wasn’t there. Prices went up and quality has gone down.
