Great little coffee shop near the tourist attractions in Ketchikan. Had a mocha and drip coffee plus an apple cinnamon scone. Food and drink were good. Service was excellent. Got some ideas for places to stop at. Great little find!!!

This was a beautiful place to go. I was on vacation here and my aunt who is a local took us here. I usually do not enjoy wraps but the buffalo chicken wrap i had was AMAZING. I went there twice because of how much I loved it the first time. I don’t have a photo of it otherwise I would’ve sent it. I didn’t get any drinks but the place smelled amazing so I believe the drinks would be good too. Would definitely recommend

Ordered two simple lattes and waited and waited while several customers got their orders ahead of me. I wasn't invisible. Kayla (owner) said she forgot my order, but remembered everyone else's. Cares more about their profit and very inconsistent on good service. Doesn't treat others the way they want to be treated. Customer beware!

Came here to work from in the afternoon - they charge $5 an hour for wifi. And you cannot share access across devices. Clearly focused on internet-starved cruise shippers. But as a side effect hurt others. Pathetic. Food is so so.

I was very disappointed at the Knudsen Cove location. My daughter purchased two drinks and a pretzel... didn't get the pretzel when the shakes came out and then they made her pay for a pretzel again. It was her allowance money to spend as she choses and she was very upset she lost money in this transaction. $28.08

Just bad. I found their sign out front particularly ironic given the staff all had terrible attitudes. They got 2 out of our 5 drink orders wrong and when we asked them to fix them, they gave us attitude. Another coffee was cold and the other took 20 minutes to be ready. Other customers were also frustrated and waiting 20+ minutes for their orders. Not to mention the coffee was a solid 4/10. Take your business elsewhere.

Knudson Cove $71.00 and I only get 4 onion rings for a side order. They didn’t get the order right missing two shakes. Not good portions at all. If you want to get ripped off eat here. The workers were talking crap about their customers too. They should stick to just coffee.
