My review is only pertaining to the Cafe.

Food and drinks: We waited for an hour and a half for our meal. It was a full night tonight due to the Art Walk, but no excuse for poor food. I ordered a Mediterranean Burger from the menu. The burger was completely overcooked and bland with no flavor and the bun tasted as if it were a week old. The fries were undercooked badly. The wait staff are great, no issues there. Just wish the meal had been palatable.

Would never stay here! A big blonde woman that works there kept running out onto the sidewalk screaming at tourists on the docks and sidewalks. Who does this in a tourist town that depends on their business?!

Here on a cruise stop and decided to eat breakfast locally. It was two days after a landslide and the service and food were A+.

Food & drinks: This was a must local stop.

We love the Cafe's ever changing weekend brunch menu. We're in Ketchikan every few months (hope to move there soon), and we always stop there for brunch. If the Korean Street Toast is on the menu, don't hesitate, it's amazing. Great staff, great quality, and A+ for creativity of the menu.Food & drinks: So many delicious items on the menu. It is impossible to make a bad choice!

Went to the cafe. Friendly and good vibe place. Good food, friendly staff and generally everyone looked happy and relaxed.Service was prompt. Not many options for seating but we found a table quite fast.Central location on a Main Street with street parking available. Walking distance from the harbour where the cruises dock. The evening we visited there were 3 people playing live music on guitar and violin and one of them was an elderly gentleman who was playing the guitar with a joyful expression and twinkle in his eyes. God bless him

First time sharing a hotel review, but had to shout out this hotel…I’ve stayed there maybe 5 or 6 times, in various kinds of rooms. The Creek Street ones are quirky and super fun and I love those rooms the most. But this time (June 2023) I got one of the plain tiny rooms above the cafe. I was a little bummed, especially after I saw the complementary earplugs on the nightstand. But let me tell you, bed and pillows were super comfy, I didn’t need earplugs, I did use the box fan in the closet, and I slept 10 hours my first night. Thought it was just being tired, but got 8 hours per night the next two nights. So simple but so comfortable. Low expectations sometimes make for amazing experiences, but also…not only did they replenish the coffee creamers in the room, but also the York Peppermint Patty mints. And of course, the cafe is freaking delicious. Ate my way through almost half the menu. I hear the chef is from Lebanon and he is certainly skilled and creative. Love this place. I’ll be back next year.
