Not the cleanest Subway, the ingredients didn’t look very fresh, and for some reason the bread was chewier and doughier than at other Subways I’ve tried. The staff also weren’t very friendly. I only ate here because I was desperate and didn’t have any other options.

This Subway SUCKS! They never have anything available. So many times I e stood in line to order just to find out they don’t have what I want 3 different sandwiches were unavailable on my most recent trip, no bread except white. They won’t ever have what she wants so don’t waste your time or spend the extra money at this trashy location.

The service at this Subway (inside Walmart Ketchikan) was very disappointing. The female employee was rude and unprofessional. When I pointed at the cheese I wanted (because I didn’t know the name), she refused to help and told me to “say the name.” My friend also had the same issue when choosing vegetables — the employee didn’t wait and even told them to “hurry up.”

As cruise ship crew who come here often, this was very upsetting. I hope management takes this seriously because customers deserve better service.

Your vegetables needed to be freshened up today. About 90% of what was there in sight was yellow and gross looking. Also, at least act like you want to work there. The employee that served me shouldn’t have been there. You’re attitude matters.

The lady who is serving in the subway is very very rude she need to know that she is working in a hospitality industry and should behave account to the standard….. if she is not happy with her job she should give chances to others who will happily take this job …. Or need proper training fr such employee

If I could give this place 0 stars I would I ordered a spicy Italian footlong and when I got it it had all the stuff on it for a spicy Italian but they added meatballs with red sauce on all of them was disgusting ?

I’m a worker at Walmart and this subways is by far the nastiest place to get lunch I just ordered a sandwich and the green peppers had mold on it I wish I got a picture bro you have no idea they don’t close the glass where the food is at the bugs omg the bugs be all over our food options and the employees look like they can care less something must change new workers maybe

It is in the Walmart but the atmosphere is not that good. Need more staff in was waiting for more than 30 minutes in the line to get my order. Staff is very nice and friendly they are trying to do the best but the service is very slow.

Horribly long wait and then they tried charging me $5 more than the menu price. When I pointed out the price I was told "oh well that's what it rings up to." So I walked away and he threw the sandwich in the trash. Would rather throw away a sandwich than to charge the correct amount.
