Amazing restaurant!! The place itself, like the decoration, the location, the variety of wine and beer. Those “dungees” yum! Super cool. The employees displayed dedicated attention and courtesy. Loved it! See you soon again guys. ??
The service and atmosphere of the place were great honestly. My server was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The place did not feel overly crowded as many other restaurants do when the cruise ships are in. But, I had the crab cakes and the menu says they're loaded with dungeness crab. But all I could taste and see was imitation crab. I asked the server and they confirmed imitation crab is mixed in. Pretty disappointing for a spot called the Krabby Crab Shack, I expected 100% real, fresh seafood. Especially for those prices.

We had a wonderful experience at Kraby Crab Shack in Ketchikan, Alaska! We stopped by for a light meal and were blown away by the flavors. Every bite was delicious and satisfying. But what really made our visit stand out was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, making us feel right at home.
The restaurant itself was immaculate - spotless clean and tidy. It's clear that the team takes pride in their space.
We also enjoyed a delicious chai latte, which was the perfect accompaniment to our meal.
Overall, we highly recommend Kraby Crab Shack for its tasty food, warm hospitality, and welcoming atmosphere. We can't wait to come back and try more of their offerings

We had the best service! We wanted to pop in for a mid day snack…. share a leg, grab a drink and the kids get a cheese pizza. They don’t pressure us to order more and let us enjoy our break. It was the perfect pause in our busy day. Don’t let the price of the leg turn you off. It is fresh and worth it!!!

Stupendous ! Great and friendly service and the crab cakes were magical. Are sure the first bite is without any adjustments. Not even the tartar sauce.
The king crab was delicious, well seasoned easy to crack open. The staff even helped crack it open for us also.

The best of Ketchikan salmon and crab served in an unpretentious space. Alaskan Brewing beers and cider on tap. Well worth your time
Kid-friendliness: Kids's menu had pizza and Mac and cheese. Especially for a seafood restaurant this was very welcome.

The Krabby Crab Ketchiken is a delightful seafood dining experience that stands out for its fresh offerings and inviting ambiance. Located in a bustling area, this restaurant has quickly become a favorite for both locals and tourists seeking a taste of the sea.
From the moment you step inside, the nautical-themed decor sets the tone for a fun and relaxed meal. The staff is welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience from start to finish. The menu boasts a wide variety of seafood options, but the star of the show is undoubtedly the Ketchiken. This signature dish is a testament to the restaurant's commitment to quality and flavor.
The Ketchiken is prepared with the freshest ingredients, and its presentation is both appetizing and aesthetically pleasing. The crab is succulent and cooked to perfection, with a blend of spices that enhances its natural sweetness without overpowering it. The dish is served with a side of buttery corn on the cob and seasoned potatoes, which complement the crab beautifully. For those who enjoy a bit of heat, the spicy version of the Ketchiken adds an extra kick that is sure to satisfy.
In addition to the Ketchiken, the menu offers a range of other seafood delicacies, including shrimp, lobster, and clams. The portions are generous, making it a great value for the price. The restaurant also caters to non-seafood lovers with a selection of chicken and steak options.
