What a welcoming sight after being on a ship for two days! I was craving a quant coffee shop and Water Street did not disappoint.I ordered a S’mores latte that was decently priced and well flavored. Luckily for us, we disembarked early and so there was no wait. My coffee was fresh and hot and was perfect for the stroll into town!

If this place didn't exist, we never would have learned about Annabelle's down the street! On to the coffee though - chatty bunch, extremely friendly, coffee was tasty and just strong enough. They were a perfect springboard before roaming the town.

There is something so special about the Downtown location. Although I primarily go to the one on Oakland, it is fun taking a trip to where it all began for them. Be careful though, the trains can be really loud!
Adorable coffee shop in downtown area, delicious latte! Would definitely recommend! Offered online ordering, outside pickup or inside ordering with dine-in option. Sort of cramped parking, not many spots, walk if you can.
The Best Hot Chocolate in Alaska!! The folks here are absolutely delightful!! Bling Blinky of TEXAS Shout Out: Thank you so much from Big D! Hope to get back up there soon!
I was on the hunt for a coffee shop that a) makes great coffee and b) doesn't have music playing! Why does everywhere feel the need to play music? Water Street Coffee - friendly, helpful and attentive staff. The shop itself was small, nicely set up, and best of all - no music. I came, expecting to take my coffee to go, and instead sat and lingered and then had a breakfast sandwich.
We were only passing through but we thought that this was a perfect coffee shop. The selection of coffee was well explained and my latte was the best I’ve had in a very long time. Tea is served by the pot. Our burritos were very nice and clearly no mass produced. Staff were super friendly and the seating area really comfortable.
After spending 3 days on a cruise ship and walking around the quaint town of Ketchikan, this little coffee shop was a welcome site. It is located across the street from the cruise ship terminals and offer espresso drinks as well as a variety of non-caffeinated drinks and some snacks. They serve Raven's Brew coffee and it does not disappoint. The service was fast and friendly and the flavor was exactly what one would expect.
We stopped in for a quick shot of espresso to continue our evening. They were closing, but still were able to assist and provide us the coffee and shot that we requested. This is what you call great customer service. The coffee is the best I have had in a long time. Check it out, you wont be disappointed. They have great desserts as well.

Came here with friends, and I tried their Blueberry Roiboos tea. Loved it so much that I bought a tin to take home. Fantastic atmosphere and service. Great choice if you're looking for a coffee place in Kalamazoo!
Best coffee. We stop by and stock up every time we're in the Kalamazoo area. Awesome fresh roasted coffee. Roasts their own beans. Homemade syrups. Delicious teas. Comfy area to relax and chat with a friend.
Great to have a place to just hang out. Friendly servers. Good pastries. Disappointed in the white hot chocolate; guess I should have ordered coffee.
