This place is a great place to have an amazing bite or a delicious refreshing drink, the view alone is enough to just get you to visit, with binoculars by the windows so you can check out all the views. Then the amazing new chef has the menu on point for your dinners! While hanging out with the friendly staff, enjoy a refreshing drink at our bar to hit the spot this summer!

I had such a wonderful experience with the Chart Room and cannot wait to return! The steak nachos were top tier and extremely flavorful. Matilda was very kind and warm and provided excellent care, thank you!!

Wait staff is great, kitchen on the other hand not so much. Well over an hour (still waiting) for food. A 3 top ordering burgers (on burger night) got food out well before(now 20 min) the 2 tops that had been waiting. Serving of fries was just a handful, compared to handfuls you used to get. And what's with the prepackaged (precooked) bacon? Kitchen needs to get it together. And to top it off they were not crazy busy (still a few open tables). This has been a common with the new chef.
I have lived in small Alaskan communities and went in with low expectations but honestly expected a steak on the well done side if anything. It arrived undercooked on a medium rare order. Getting the server’s attention took another 10+ minutes. When I finally got up and tracked her down to report the situation, she replied “okay,” and went about some routine bar duties. Like pushing string. Not even a whiff of an instinct to make it right. I would have accepted a recook and paid for the meal, but the avoidance and attitude was baffling. I left still hungry but a small bit wiser.

It could be better, ordered the steak nachos and order another one to go as well. But should’ve just never done that. Not enough meat and the chips were just not great at all and ended up just throwing them away.
