As a visitor to Kodiak, it’s a great place to people watch and overhear hilarious conversations. Beer was good, I particularly liked the spruce tip IPA…apparently the first in Alaska to brew a beer with spruce tips! They have indoor and outdoor seating. You can bring in your own food - as we did with Mexican across the street. They also have some drinks on tap such as a delicious and refreshing Moscow mule.Oh, and buy their stickers! Only 0.50 each!

Enjoyed taking a break from the rain to taste local beers. No food served, but a great food truck on the property.

Excellent beer and friendly staff. The vibe in here is also excellent, with lots of fishing related gear decorating the place. There is also some nice outdoor seating. I went here a number of times while salmon seining--definitely recommend.

I'm a bar patron, never have been and not a fan of beer at all or breweries (it just isn't my pleasure as much vodka or tequila are. Plus breweries are places that I envision men and women wearing yoga pants, lots of man buns, beards that are "in season for the ladies", cuffed cargo pants, "man"dals, crocs, or whatever shoe it is that goes with the word square and not dangerous). But the brewery has stepped their game up and started doing what they should've done a long time ago (serving liquor), I know some people aren't equipped to handle the ol' distilled spirits, but you can't miss with the mule, or lemonade (or whatever that clear drink was the lady was takin' down like ice cold water on a hot day). If you are a fan of brew then this place is for you anyways. Chill and laid back spot to shoot the s**t with your peeps....the owner is a solid fella. They have swag (that's slang for souvenirs, but you know how it is, no one wants to use proper English anymore, idk why) for purchase. Lastly, beware there is a huge dog in there who likes people and isn't dangerous to humans, he'll say hello and doesn't respond to pronouns

Everything here had the same mop water after taste. Definitely not the same quality of beer it used to be.

Great location, service, and atmosphere. 2 drink limit and homeboy shorts 1-2 ounces per drink regularly, which I experienced personally and on observation. Hard times on an island, but great beer and vibe.

The beer is great, friendly staff, and patrons. Highly recommended. Food truck outside Million Recipes makes this a must go Kodiak experience.

Two dogs and relatively cheap drinks, what's not to like?Good drinks, with ciders and mixed drinks on tap. We came during an art walk event and it was great to see the community out. Friendly crew, lots of space for everyone and plenty of seating. You can bring your own food in as there isn't any food sold on-site, but there's a food truck in the parking lot that makes this easy.

Great little brewery with a nice patio in downtown Kodak. We were in town 4 days and we came back 4 times. Try the mule on tap and don’t miss the Bloody Mary!
