Excellent product. However, they use UPS, who has a less than stellar reputation for timely deliveries, for their shipper. Nobody cares if your order gets delivered four days late, spoiled.
UPDATE: I filed a claim with UPS on behalf of KIS. UPS approved and will pay the claim pending KIS returning the paperwork to UPS. I also filed a dispute with VISA. For reasons unknown, KIS has refused to return the claim paperwork to UPS. KIS also lied to VISA claiming the order arrived...read full review
