Would give zero stars if I could. Placed delivery order 2 hours before closing and didn’t receive delivery. Store was uncontactable via telephone and ended up getting cancelled at 23:00. Will not be ordering again.

The lady who was at the window refused to give me fresh hot food that I ordered. She told me if I wanted it hot I could microwave it at home but couldn’t get new ones. I asked for a refund and she wouldn’t even give me that. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to give fresh fries. At the end, I gave her my bag of fries so I can get new ones and I saw her take it to the back and gave me the same fries just microwaved. I know they weren’t just made because I can see the fryer right there and she went to a different area to get “new fries” does she think I’m dumb? Unacceptable behavior

So we were 10 days at sea… like any other McDonalds it’s not wonderful but my husband wanted it. 🙂
I have never been here, but considering the distance and extreme location, you would think the negative reviews would appreciate the convenience of having a decent meal served. If your food is cold, speak up if something doesn't meet your satisfaction complain.

this is the worst McDonald's on the planet. Food is always cold and nasty, its like they practice holding onto the food. The staff are rude, when they get your order wrong they just ignore you.
