Walked a half of mile from Nullagivik Hotel on Sunday, 071325. Slow day: No cars out front. No one ordering or sitting down. I was the only customer there. Ordered small pizza. Lady behind counter, said they are out of small size dough...they have dough for medium ($37) & large size pizzas...but not small size. Huh? Ok, make me a medium pizza & charge me small size price, $32 for the size I ordered.....or trim medium or large pizza dough down to small size. She said they can't do that... what?? I walked out. My guess: the pizzas were purchased premade & they just cooked them. But on a slow day with no customers the bottom line: don't let a paying customer out the door without getting an order from them...you just lost a sale and made no money at all...shame, shame...bad customer service...

Good burgers and pizza. The Chinese food is delicious and the service is friendly. Delivery can take an hour or more so i hope you aren't in a hurry.

Ate twice. First had seafood baskets for lunch on site and then pizza delivered to hotel for dinner. Food and service were excellent both times.

Got an order delivered today broccoli beef with over 2lb of garlic. There’s no consistency with this place one day it’s amazing next time I order it’s trash. Call and they are remaking it just an honest review.

Okay where to start. The workers of the lovely little place are all sweethearts and always smile. Can hear their smiles, really I lovely to order lunch and have it delivered knowing the food is yummy, its hot and man is it filling and so enjoyable. Me and my family have never been less then absolutely satisfied. If delivery, it's fast and so friendly.. is nice to my blind dog, they're s to my kids and are so humble when given a tip of any amount. I tip them well when I can cause whether ordering at work or to deliver to home ITS FAST and never messy or all over. Service, whether at the place or delivered, is so good and precise. If there is even a sauce missing they try to fix it. They They thoroughly make sure my family and I are going to enjoy choosing them to order out from.The lovely atmosphere if you go in is amazing to me. All these exotic treats and unique drinks. Sushi there is? perfection. My husband hates fish, he will eat their sushi. Everything is a nice portion. ? relaxing and everyone is so sweet and welcoming . Absolute sweethearts, making the atmosphere very calm and refreshing.And the food?!?! SOOOOO GOOD. Whether burger,soup or cuisine you choose, it's so good. It hasn't made me feel off EVER. Their noodles have become a comfort food especially at my work. Haven't gotten sick and always feel nice and full as well as warm. The cooks are so good and everyone there makes it a satisfying and pleasant.I'd recommend for sure everytime. ? love them so much and appreciate what they do to bring us such yummy food!
Vegetarian options: They are willing to listen and work with you on certain options. Really try to make sure everyone feels welcome to eat despite how you choose to eat.
Kid-friendliness: Very welcoming and kind I have never seen or heard of them being anything other then kind to children.

Ordered sesame chicken and some onion rings The Onion rings were OK but the sesame chicken was incredible I would put it up against sesame chicken that I get in a big city versus the small town of kotzebue thank you very much bison store for an excellent dining experience
