I love the food, but the person who answers the phone isn't very welcoming 😕

Fantastic location.. rooms are a bit iffy but fits the needs.. please note.. no escalators or elevators.. so its difficult if you bring big airline baggage. A bit run down for the peice u pay, but works well as a calm location close to seward.

We stopped here on our way back to Anchorage from Seward. The people were great, so friendly and acommodating. We ordered fries and a bowl of clam chowder to chair and they brought us to cups, they divide the bowl … that was so nice and thoughtful. Food was amazing and it was served super fast.
Would stop here again

Great cheese burger

This is the most friendly place you’ll ever find. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, hot shower and that’s it! The Lodge has free coffee in the morning.

Larger menu than most remote Alaska restaurants, friendly, fast service, quality ingredients

They are absolutely amazing people. I left my wallet at the restaurant and the owner personally mailed it to my house that was out of state. They are truly the kindest people. Highly recommend!!

Don’t buy food here! We got order of Glen chowder soup, the lady put it in the microwave right in front of me and French fries 🍟 smelled and tasted like very very old refried grease. Disgusting.

The dishes smell funny like they never washed them. Tortilla chips instead of pita bread for salmon dip? This owner is clearly incapable of running a business

We never ate just rented a room. Walls are thin sound transfers. Music off and on all night. Drunk people wandering the hallways at night. Not a good stay

Not a good experience. This guy Scott got a little too close to my children. It made me feel very comfortable. An hour wait for subpar food. Tossed it and left.

Well it really sucks. For the tourists a little better but still like 2 star at best. Scott over works his crew saving them pennies. Can't hire 2 people during busy hours? He likes to see his employes struggle It's like you think they are J2s or something . Your orders never come out right, and they are always out of everything. I will always Cap on your tourist. Thank you

After lunch we walked to the lake I was able to watch sea planes land. I will definitely visit this location again… Thank you for the great service.

Bait and switch!!! NOT even close to what was advertised!! NO refrigerator and had to crawl over the end of the bed to get in bed!!
