Update: I received a phone call from General Manager Becky Jean, who was very concerned about the quality of the product that I received. Are you kidding me? I really did not expect a phone call!! Becky was very concerned and was genuinely interested in solving the problem on their end. She made sure that I was well taken care of. Amazing customer service, and very much appreciated. Pricey but necessary. Parking lot in Soldotna is jacked. Guys with boats trying to get in along with families in RVs. Needs to be reconfigured. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
