We split the lobster and steak dinner special which was plenty of food for two people! It came with a salad and a baked potato. The lobster was probably one of the largest I’ve ever seen. Along with the entree we had the potstickers for an appetizer and a side of pasta just to try it. The food was great and super filling. Relatively cheaper than other restaurants around the area. Service was super fast and the whole interior felt very home like. Would recommend to anyone wanting some surf and turf near Fairbanks Alaska.

Had a bit of car trouble. Walked in right as they opened. Great service, perfectly cooked filet and great atmosphere. Alaska friendly with grade A food. Make sure you meet Trish.

We ordered the Meat Lovers Calzone to split. We still had enough left for a light lunch the next day. We also ordered salads. They were on the small side, but I liked that it was greens instead of iceberg.

Super cute little bar/restaurant. Received excellent service both times we went. Ordered the New York strip and stuffed halibut. The steak was very flavorful and tender and the halibut was seasoned well and cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend this place! Especially if you’re new to Fairbanks.

Burger was a little too pink in the middle for me. The bacon on it was hard , crunchy, and cold like it just came out of the fridge. Charged extra for a little mayo. Fries were not impressive. My beer was not cold at all. Smells bad in here like a gas leak. Should have gone somewhere else. Expensive. Won't go back EVER. Waitress and service was great...

I’m a long time regular of the Elf’s Den. Very close friends with Luna. So it left a sour taste in my mouth to come for dinner tonight and I see two new bartenders/servers that I haven’t seen before but looks like they have prior experience- that have no situational awareness and memory. I was asked multiple times what my order was, and the wait time despite only being at 30% capacity was astronomically long. Of course I will be back because I love this place and the food is stellar as always. I just hope they get better.

Calzones and Stromboli were awesome! We split them between 2 people each and it was plenty. Dough was great and they were completely stuffed with ingredients. Staff were friendly and prices were fair.

Smaller little mom & pop restaurant, very local dive. Food was good but nothing spectacular. The Big Dipper sandwich did have some very good, tender steak. Jalapeño poppers were just ok. Didn't really try much else but it was a unique experience.
