I've never left a review before, but I just had to for this one! I ordered a Large 14" Hawaiian Pizza, a 20 oz. Pepsi, and Breadsticks with Marinara Sauce. I spent about $25 for it all. (There's a small additional charge for using a card over cash. The additional charge wasn't much, maybe $1, hence the $25.)

The food was prepared very quickly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The pizza was AMAZING to say the least. The pizza sauce is my absolute favorite. I wish they put a little more sauce on the pizza considering how good it is.

Everything was fresh, and is very much worth the cost. (As it's just me eating this pizza it'll cover 2-3 meals for me.)

And the staff were very polite and helpful! I wish I was living hear and not just visiting, because I would frequent this establishment.

Parking: Parking is a tad on the small side, but considering there is no dine-in only take out, parking spaces will open up rather quickly.

The manager who took care of me was super professional. The goofy kids behind the counter, not so much. Glad I got the chance to try out their pizza during my visit/vacation.

Ordered the stuffed crust, BBQ chicken pizza. It was delicious but probably could have done without the stuffed crust. The regular pan crust pizza that I tried later was a lot better.

customer service here is bad experience the assistant manager sounded toxicated I tried to speak with the manager she kept sounding confused keep repeating other than what I was saying and then finally the manager got on the phone.

She was even worse the manager start accusing me of being obnoxious, rude and unable to work and that will be the reason why we can't even hire you.

I ate there one time order food. About 2 weeks ago. I pass on eating there again.

I'm new to town going on 7 weeks now very very very very very bad experiences.

Manager was helpfull and friendly great service but the pizza sauce had no flavor and cheese was skimpy even after paying for extra and cheese tasted like it was artificial cheese. Never again yuk yuk yuk. Award for the worst tasting pizza i have ever had.

The slogan "hot and ready" isn't held to high standards in this establishment. When a customer comes in with the understanding that they can walk in, choose between the two options offered, pay, and receive their pizza quickly and leave, they are left instead with an employee staring blankly at them, only to reply "it will be 8 to 10 minutes". So, you get the "hot" from the oven. Just not the "ready." If you are in a rush, call ahead.

I drive into North Pole and Fairbanks to do misc shopping amongst other things, (visit family etc.). On my way back to Delta Jct. I almost always stop at Great Alaska Pizza for a Pizza they are tried and true. Never have I been disappointed, unless I get down the road and realize I'd forgotten a topping. That's on me though. They are always ready with the everyday special walk in and out. It takes longer to pay than to get the pie, unless I order something different and then it's never more than 10-20 minutes, and I'm back on the highway. Love that.

The building could use some upgrades. The pizza is kid approved/ mediocre pizza but for the price it's fitting. The hot and ready pizzas are a decent deal and quick for those nights when you're broke and feeling lazy.
