Wasilla location…The only friendly person who knew how to talk with customers regarding the menu was the guy making the pizza. The two girls were very young and shouldn’t be taking orders or serving drinks especially liquor. I think they got wine mixed up. The pizza tasted like eating a tortilla shell with absolutely no flavor and the toppings were very sparse for the high price. I thought since this was their fourth location that they would be really good boy was I wrong what a waste of time and money don’t bother going there. The atmosphere was OK. They need to do better!
This place has turned into a dumpster fire. One picture is from the website and the other is what was in the box. Is it really that hard to be honest about what I'm actually gonna get for my money? If you really want Great Alaska Pizza quality food and you want to pay more for it, this is the place to go.
Extremely slow service for wood fire pizza, both left feeling like the pizza had minimal flavor and still hungry. Only plus was the beer was cheap.
Wanted to love this place because I read it's local owned, but . . . It was a NOPE for us. It was the limpest, most minimal pizza we've ever had. As soon as we picked up a piece, the minimal toppings slid off the limp slice. And even the atmosphere was a little off. The younger staff working were friendly and chatty with each other, but barely spoke to us. Communication was awkward. Unfortunately, I'd rather just grab a take and bake from somewhere.
Horrible Service-called in an order and was told it would be ready shortly. Showed up in 20 minutes, been waiting over an hour for 2 pizzas to go and still don’t have them. No idea if they will be any good because after all this time I have lost my appetite. Came here because I liked their story on their web site and like to support local businesses. I owned a local business myself. They shouldn’t keep expanding if they can’t manage more than one store. Help here is abysmal.
Got a delivery, just a simple pepperoni to give these guys a try.
Cardboard crust, mildly burned, toppings were barely held on by a thin layer of cheese that was minimally cooked. Most expensive I've had in the whole area too. Not again, thanks

food was great at Wasilla store. refreshingly different pizza. worth a try.
House of Fire Pizza on Badger Road serves up thin-crust, wood-fired pizza with bold flavors and high-quality ingredients. Personal favorite like the Pepperoni Madness is consistently tasty, and the crispy crust adds a satisfying crunch. The atmosphere is clean and inviting, and the service is friendly. It’s a great spot for anyone craving well-made, flavorful pizza in the North Pole area!

Hey so overall love the spot, unfortunately this time around I was told it’d be a 30 min wait, ended up being closer to an hour.

Being from North Pole and now living in Texas, we love the chicken bacon ranch pizza!! We visited last year and loved it and had to come back this year again!! Haven’t found anything like it in the lower 48!!

adding more toppings to the pizza, and redo the ceasar salad it was terrible. took a few bites and tossed it. the BBQ chicken pizza had very little toppings on it and was cold.
went to the wasilla location and ordered our food around 645pm at 8pm we still hadn't gotten any food or drink refills. while we waited we saw many other frustrated people getting refunds and leave. I gave up and also asked for a refund after a little over an hour.
Ordered the Hellboy Sicilian pizza, garlic knots, and the hawaiin pizza. The garlic knots we nice and buttery and garlicky. The knots were crispy on the edges and nice and doughy in the middle. Their ranch and marinara sauce both tasted great with the knots and tasted like they were made in house. The pizzas were delicious and cooked to perfection! The guy who took our food order was very nice and helpful. The only improvement I could mention is that since we are not allowed to refill drinks ourselves, if the guys could be a little more attentive to drinks needing refills, otherwise the service was great as well as the food! I will add it did seem like 2 of the 4 guys behind the counter seemed to being trained. We definitely would come back and recommend folks to eat here!
