I ordered breakfast at 10:19 this morning. It was expected at about 11:30ish. I was fine with that no big deal. However, they kept pushing it back and back. Until they canceled my order. They would not give my food to my delivery person at all. Called several times only to not be answered. Not mention every time I go here their food is horrible and the people have zero respect. Idk why I keep giving them chances.

Fries were cold, burger wasn't made to order and I wasn't driving back in the freezing rain to fix it. Every time we order there it is never right. Inside was also very dirty inside. They were not busy so there was no reason for it to be clean.

It's McDonald's.... You know what you're getting... Typically. I haven't had any issues, but I tend to use the app and walk in and grab my meal from the counter.

It's really a good place to eat when you're about to get on the road
Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a fast food establishment. I usually don’t leave reviews, especially bad ones but I was horrified. Took 45 minutes to get through the drive thru and only ordered a cheeseburger w/out onions and a French fry. Went to pay with cash and the kid at the register close the drawer without giving me my change. I said don’t worry about it but When I got my order, it was with onions. Went inside to try to correct it and there was a long line of people with mistaken orders. They were listening to loud explicit music in the back. The Manager seemed clueless and the amount of food on the ground was horrifying. Took another 20 minutes to get a new cheeseburger because they kept forgetting. Will not go here again.

Ordered online and went to get my food, which was ready while my cookies were not. 45 mins later I have melted icee drinks, stale nuggets and fries and am handed 4 less cookies than I was charged for. The manager, without a name tag like her entire shift, refused to remake the drinks that melted because I had them already made (her choice not mine). When I asked why they made food when they knew I'd have to wait I was told complain to the survey- by the night shift manager who then walked off. This store is not worth going to with the night crew they had today, 9/18/24.
