MOCHA MOOSE EXPRESS NORTH POLE

Today my husband ordered two hot mocha’s, a breakfast bagel, and an ice rage. For a little under 40$ it was definitely a letdown. The breakfast bagel was a sloppy microwave sandwich and the mochas were like watered down hot chocolates. I’m a little confused on how this place got such high ratings.

Seems like the baristas aren't comfortable letting you know if they can't make something. We asked for something off of the online menu, the Biscoff Cookie Latte with Cold Foam. They said they could make it but we got an overly sweet latte that did not come with cold foam or biscoff cookie. I guess we got lucky lol. We where looking for a sweeter drink, but it just tasted like gas station coffee with too many sugar packets added. We also tried to get an iced espresso with almond milk topped with some sweet foam, but we ended up getting an iced americano with what seemed like unsweetened nonfat milk on the top. They even made sure a 16oz iced was okay, and i said sure a bigger cup is fine as long as there isn't any added water. As a barista it was a bit disappointing to see such an easy drink, just espresso over ice with some almond milk, messed up. I think if they let us know they didn't feel comfortable making these drinks, and to order something they make more often our experience would have been better. Instead they went in blind to do their best, which is pretty commendable, expect we did not get anything we enjoyed.
PS these where booth ordered as 16ounces lol

Update: The manager reached out to us because of our bad experince and offered us booth free drinks! We went back today and got some drinks that we enjoyed. I wouldn't say they where our favorites, but the way they went above and beyond to make sure we got something we liked was amazing, and I'm very greatful for that. It seems like their flavors are just generally more sugary or sweeter than we are used to, and we will take that into account next time we visit. Thanks for treating us Mocha Moose and we hope anyone who goes there gets treated the way we did! They are very sweet.

I’ve been going to this coffee stand for about 7 years now off/on. Majority of the time, the drinks are exactly what you wanted. Even the monthly specials and “surprise me” ones are great. Just wanted to give a shout out to Riley and Emory as they have always been spot on with customer service/attitude every…single…visit…no matter what they have going on or how they feel that day. Also, want to give a shout out to the newer young lady with black and red hair, haven’t learned her name yet, she was super nice! Just feel as though exceptional customer service deserves recognition, especially in this town!

Mocha Moose's baristas are the kindest baristas you're going to meet. Early or late, it's great service and the best coffee.

Mocha Moose is alpha, only betas go to sunshine for their coffee. The customer service is better, the burritos are better, the baristas are friendly and good at their jobs, the coffee is good, and the girls are prettier. Don't be a beta, be an alpha, go to Mocha Moose.

I was about to give up on finding a good hot chocolate in this town until I tried Mocha Moose. Theirs is awesome! The quesadillas and brownies are awesome and the Ladies are Amazing!

Oh. My goodness, the lady was so nice, kind, and pretty!! I asked her what her favorite coffee is, and I said I want the largest one, she likes hers cold, and I do too!! It was soooo freaking good, a White Mocha with Caramel Bruleé and Salted Caramel with whip.

The best little coffee stop on all of town. The ladys are so sweet and always offer a treat when we bring the dog along. 🐕 even on the days my car window is frozen shut, they are worth the stop!

I was in this morning and asked for an egg and cheese croissant, no sausage. It would have been nice to be told that the sausage will be pulled off of a jimmy deal sandwich, top of bread was rock hard and the bottom was super soggy. Definitely a microwave involved. A complete waste of money, it went in the trash not to mention the risk of doing this. Allergies can be deadly.

Normally I have good experiences here, but this time not so much. I got something completely different than what was ordered (I ordered strawberry dragon fruit Red Bull kicker w/ cream, and got something with lime?) it does not taste right, and is definitely not good, nor what I wanted. When I went back to talk to her about possibly remaking it correctly they were closed an hour early. Going to try and call tomorrow about getting a refund or even a partial refund.
