Got the mixed-berry cheesecake crepe. It was so much food that I was able to have leftovers for breakfast. And it still tasted good the next day! The staff was quick to get our takeout to us despite being busy. Gluten free options are only available when certain staff are there. Definitely want to go back to try the savory crepes!

Cozy little crepe shop with about half a dozen tables for dine in guests. Take out is available as well. Had a really delicious Chai latte, a Monte Cristo, and a Lemon & Sugar. Everything was great! I will absolutely return before I leave town. 🤤

If you're visiting the area and you're NOT visiting North Pole Crepery...you're missing out, my friend.

During our trip to Fairbanks, we decided to venture to the Santa Claus House because this girl loves all things Christmas.

Anyway, rumbling tummies and a quick map search brought us here. And I am so happy it did!

North Pole Crepery is quite obviously a family-owned spot serving up very tasty American-style crepes at a very reasonable price. Our crepes were served on deli-style wrappers with plastic utensils and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I looove sweet crepes but for brunch, I went all-in on savory. I ordered the turkey pesto crepe and my husband ordered the Buffalo Chicken. We both thoroughly enjoyed our choices. If we didn't have plans later in the evening, my husband probably would've stopped in for round 2 on the way back to Fairbanks.

Nonetheless, I absolutely recommend stopping in while you're in the North Pole. Don't forget to stop and admire the candy cane light posts while you're driving through town!

We got the waffle combo, strawberries and cream crepe and cinnamon sugar syrup crepe. It was enough for 2 adults to share.

Awesome place to eat in the North Pole !

This place is amazing!! The guy making the crepes puts love into each one and you can see how hard he works! I got the chicken bacon ranch which was so so good, definitely recommend coming here!!
