By the way, I consider myself an expert on salsa, I started making mine in nineteen seventy four, and I had it in the grocery stores from eighty 2 2 ninety six. I'm absolutely in love with her green salsa. It's better than any tomatilla sauce. I've ever tried even my attempt

The most unusual place! Not a restaurant but a stand alone Tamale pick up establishment. Open limited hours, cash only and blink you will miss it. Tamales are outstanding!!! Salsa is outstanding and service is outstanding. If you like Tamales you will love this place!

The lady who helped us was very kind! As a Latina not from Alaska I wanted to find a delicious tamale im sad to say it did not meet my expectations the Masa or Dough was sticky and not solid. The filling was good but lacked some flavor. Overall it’s ok not my favorite thing but if you can’t find anything else it will hit the spot.

We came to fairbanks for work and we stumbled upon outlaw tamales in North Pole, AK. I was surprised to see tamales sold all the way out here. I'm a Mexican from Los Angeles, California so naturally a bit skeptical to how good these tamales might be. Let me tell you these tamales are not only legit but better than some places back home.Golden brick of deliciousness. Definitely made it care and love. They were simply amazing. We bought two dozen mixed so we could try them all. They were amazing. To top it off her green and red salsas were perfect. It was the best way we could end out trip. If we are ever up here again this will be our first stop.

First time ever having tamales, and definitely knocked my socks off! I got both chicken and pork. Both were good but I prefer the chicken and hubby prefers the pork. I also can't get enough of the green homemade salsa. Yum yum!
