Came here after seeing this restaurant on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Cool stop right in the city of North Pole. Great atmosphere, service and food. Ordered Combo B with almond chicken, fried shrimp and wonton soup. Portions are huge and two of us could’ve easily split one meal with leftovers. Highly recommend if you are looking for Chinese food in the North Pole/Fairbanks area.

We love eating at Pagoda or doing take out. When eating at the restaurant my go to is the pagoda steak with veggies. We love ordering the Mongolian beef to-go and we alwaaayyysss get the bang bang shrimp! So yummy! Plus - we love supporting a business that does a lot for our community!

We are in North Pole this week visiting our son serving at Eielson AFB. We stopped by for a bite to eat and while waiting for a table noticed Guy Fieri had been there & had a fantastic experience! Our food was really fast, but we are SUPER unhappy with the food being SOOOO WAY UNBELIEVABLY over salty!!!! Chicken, veggies, & pork fried rice should not come to the table so salty overpowering all other flavors.I'm a few months off Dialysis & need to stay on a lower sodium diet which is normally fine if I don't add additional additional soy or other seasonings.... but here was not the case.I think this is the first negative review ever made by me. I wasn't going to not post one, but when I woke up this morning not able to put my rings on due to sodium overswelling I felt I should. Chicken & rice is my always 'go to'... just sadly not from here. :-(

Good is not bad, service is also nice. They charged us extra 20+ because they calculated the price MANUALLY. CHECK your bill.

I don't Have anything say but amazing and supported by Dr Drew Rating % stars but When I broke in they weren't excited about it and I ate very cold leftovers since I was trapped in the store for 2 weeks

Oh my goodness, this place smells fantastic the second I opened the door. It was also super clean, even the decor and kitchen floor were practically spotless.I got take out. The edamame wasn't salted but was nicely cooked. The walnut shrimp, one of their most popular dishes, was well cooked. I enjoyed it, though not as much as other dishes. For me, it was too sweet for savory but not sweet enough to be a sweet dish. The surprise star for this order was the crispy squid. The breading was crispy, not oily which means the fry oil was the correct temperature and they didn't overload the fryer. The squid was sliced steaks, not rings, and was tender as could be. It can be difficult to cook squid without making it chewy. Some people don't even know it shouldn't be chewy. These guys nailed it.Can't wait to try more of their menu.

The filet mignon was so good! Would definitely recommend, seems strange having a steak at a Chinese but it was seen on someone else's plate and couldn't resist.

I wish they had more vegetarian options in style dinners or substitutions.

I was really excited to try this place during my visit to Alaska after seeing the restaurant featured on Diners Drive Ins and Dives. We ordered: two small soups (wonton and egg drop), Mongolian beef, beef and broccoli and general Tso chicken. Everything was really tasty but the standout dish was the Mongolian beef. Not only was it seasoned perfectly but the texture was perfect as well. Not tough or chewy! We were seated pretty quickly and overall the servers were nice but there was a blonde server in her 20s- early 30 that was unnecessarily rude and nasty when we asked for tea and to go containers…Overall, I would recommend this establishment and I hope that rude server was just having an off day.

Got letter D from the dinner selection, food was decent overall, Mongolian beef was yummy, giant portions, delicious tea, lots of grease. The sweet and sour pork had a long hair embedded in the batter with a dangly piece, there goes the appetite. I put it to the side and gave it to the server at the end of our meal, because nobody came until we got the bill. Nothing was said to us they just took it away and we paid our bill...usually you get an apology for finding hair in your food. I wish I could give it 5 stars because the feng shui was great. I hope they decide to use hair nets for their food prep and take care of their customers better.

It's a little pricey but its because the portions are huge! One dish is good for two meals or two people.

Best Chinese Restaurant in North Pole in my opinion. Very quiet, you can go alone or family. Has a bar if you want some hard drinks.

Generous portions and friendly attentive staff. Food came out quick. The complimentary jasmine tea is a nice touch and the Hot and Sour soup was excellent. I’ll be thinking about it when I travel home.
