Absolutely terrible experience at Pizza Hut in North Pole. I DoorDashed my order and when it got to my house, I had the pizza and the breadstick box, but there were no breadsticks in the box. I called Pizza Hut and explained the situation and the lady on the phone was extremely rude, told us there was nothing she could do and hung up on me before I could tell her the receipt number. My fiancé called and she had the same experience. We asked to either get our money back or to get a new order of breadsticks because we paid for it but Pizza Hut didn’t have the receipt (probably a typical reoccurring situation). The lady was rude, inconsiderate and had horrible customer service. We still didn’t get the right order of breadsticks. If this happens to you too, go to the store in person with your receipt (that has the timestamp and order number) and box for proof.
What happened to common courtesy and respect these days? We will never eat here again.

The pizza did not taste like it was done and upon picking up there was a guy directly outside the door smoking a cigarette, it just didn't feel like a welcoming environment and the pizza was not that good

Pizza was soggy and soaked through the box. It was a pepperoni with pineapple and jalapeno. Was super weird and I ate a piece and threw it out. Wanted to call and bring up the issue but the fiancé wouldn’t let me. Not a fan of this location. And don’t think I’ll be eating here again..

Once upon a time this place was ok. A step up from GAPCO at least. They recently moved & for some reason I figured it would be better. I ordered one of their dinner boxes for delivery and was told 30-40 minutes. We had family over, not paying attention to the time when I realized it had been over 2 hours. I called and asked what was going on and got the answer "your food has been sitting here, we don't have a driver today and are waiting on doordash" I said "so if he was to show up I'd be getting food that's been sitting out for over 2 hours?" And got the reply "oh, yeah. I guess so. Do you want your money back?" In which I said yes and actually got it back.
I don't like being "that guy" who leaves reviews like this, but common!

Horrible!! Service is terrible. Ordered for delivery, was told 30 min, after an hour I called, they said driver is on the way, 4 1/2 hours late and the toppings were wrong! WTH! ? ?

0/10 ‼️don’t recommend pizza hut in north pole at all. when we first walked into building there was a lady crying at the counter along with another worker talking with her. i understand if you need an emotional minute but to do it at the front counter of business is not professional. and not once looked in our direction, even after my pizza was done and put in hot box! once i got home, i opened my pizza box and it is clearly missing a piece. i called the store and the lady who picked up was not helpful at all, sarcastic most of the conversation. i told her i couldn’t come back into the store today & so we set up a future credit (not even sure if she actually put it in records) and when i asked her name she said “remember”. all i needed her name was to tell further employee when i go to pick up the credited pizza. 0/10 & tbh never really liked pizza hut to begin with and with this experience def not going back..
Almost as bad as McDonald's service. Idk why I would want an easy dinner after working all day, let alone it be correct or made properly. God forbid I call to ask them to fix it. They will answer and you will get to hear about their personal lives without ever being spoken to. Idk what's going on tonight but I've never been this frustrated over a pizza and some damn wings. I just want my money back at this point. I'll never spend it with this pizza hut again

This Pizza Hut is absolutely awful! They didn't warn us that they ran out of mozzarella cheese and were putting some other [absolutely disgusting] cheese on their pizza in the mean time and whatever cheese it was burned, I would have canceled my order if they warned me since the cheese is a huge part of why I like Pizza Hut. I spent $80 on food after delivery and tip, all of which was pizzas other than one 6 piece order of wings, and they only offered me $20 in store credit when I cannot eat any of the pizza. They eventually agreed to give me $30 in store credit, and told me that it can be used at any store [I told them how I don't live in Alaska, I was just visiting] and now that I'm back home I learned from my local store that I was lied to and that isn't true. I tried calling this location back to fix the situation and they're trying to tell me they can't do anything about it. This is absolutely unacceptable, that was already way less credit than I should have received and now you're going to tell me there isn't anything you can do? There is no way that is true, your employees just don't want to deal with actually fixing the problems that they cause.
