We were visiting Fairbanks in August and craving Asian food. The menu items were reasonable priced. The service was good. Our server was friendly. We enjoyed our meal that we went twice during our visit.

Wow! I was lucky to have picked Saigon Garden for a quick dinner tonight. I just wanted a bowl of Pho(soup). I ordered the filet mignon Pho. #2 on the menu. I was completely satisfied. The pho was perfect and came with a plate full of sides to add to the soup. The broth was the best to just sip by the spoonfull. It just warms you up and makes you feel happy inside. Perfect on a cold snowy day. They had some Vietnamese music on in the background. It's a quick vacation on a lunch or dinner break. Thank you Saigon Garden. I'll see you again.

Food and atmosphere is amazing. Happy that Pho has been brought to North pole. Come try the food!!!! I would post pictures but I ate it all.
This has been bothering me for awhile, I am an avid fan of Pho noodle soup, it’s my favorite meal and I was excited to go here, since the Pho house closed down in Fairbanks and I have not visited this restaurant yet. I ordered Pho and my Husband ordered some beef noodle dish.. my pho came out first and it came with out the sprouts and Thai basil/jalapeños plate, (you know the plate I’m talking about, if you’ve had pho before) the one that always come with a pho bowl, so I thought maybe it would come with my husbands dish when his came out … it didn’t and struck me as so strange, how can pho be your main advertisement and not bring out what is supposed to come out with it? Was it laziness on the waiters part? Or did we look like we didn’t know how pho is supposed to be served, so they took advantage of our supposed naivety, I hate confrontation, so I didn’t say anything to our waiter, but I felt like my family’s good nature was taken advantage of as if we were dumb tourists who didn’t know any better. Then to top it off, my husband found, I am guessing is part of a steel wool scrubby in his rice dish as he is almost finished with his dish. I get it sometimes there are mistakes in the restaurant industry, but two negatives in one visit? Wow, I was/am extremely disappointed how our restaurant experience went and for such a high price for our food bill to have such poor quality. I am embarrassed I didn’t say anything during our visit. I am hoping this review allows Saigon Garden to better their service to unsuspecting families.

I am visiting from TX and just wanted to pickup something quick, so I called in an order for Chicken Fried Rice and Veggie egg rolls. The food was very bland and the rice was way overcooked. I did not feel like driving back. I choose this place because it had received overall decent reviews. This really tasted no different than making boiled chicken and rice at home. Save your money.
When i came to alaska for two weeks,I finally started going to them a few days before I left alaska. They was closed the first week I was there but they opened back up pretty soon and I noticed people going there so I gave it a try. I usually went straight after work cause I worked day shift lol. Overall the food was good, eventhough it may not look like the picture cause of the filters but it comes pretty close to it. I tried four different food items from them plus it was my first time trying Pho. I got the brisket Pho cause reviews said it was the best and they didnt lie. Also the grilled beef was very good also. The salmon was abit smaller than the picture but it was still pretty good too. I would recommend to a friend. Its a pretty quiet place and not so noisy like mcdonalds lol. Its a pretty chill spot to go to. Price slight higher than expected but that just alaska taxes for you lol. If I ever go back to alaska,I would definitely go back to this same restaurant.

We were a group of 14 passing by, and it happened to be mealtime, so we decided to give it a try. Initially, we didn't have high expectations for the food, but surprisingly, it was authentic. The pho was very delicious, the grilled pork in the rice noodles was well-marinated, and the shrimp spring rolls were fresh and tasty.

Fantastic Dinner at Saigon Garden!
We went to Saigon Garden in the North Pole Mall for dinner Friday night, and as always, it was a fantastic experience!
We ordered the #1 Combo Pho, the Beef Stew, and the Shaky Beef (Lok Lak Beef) — all were excellent.
The Shaky Beef was incredibly tender and packed with flavor.
The Beef Stew was cooked to perfection — rich, hearty, and comforting.
The Pho was everything you’d hope for: hot, tasty, and satisfying.
A big shoutout to our server Joseph, who was exceptionally friendly and courteous. He greeted us right away, kept our drinks filled, and made sure every request was taken care of quickly.
If you're looking for delicious Vietnamese food with great service, Saigon Garden is a solid choice. We'll definitely be back!
