The barista charged me an extra $ 1.00 dollar for light ice on my drink then proceeded to give me my drink full of ice!! I have been to several other Starbucks locations and none of the others charged me extra for light ice. I am highly disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

Thanks for the Pike Place, especially for brewing some fresh when the current batch had cooled down too much. I love the drip coffee fresh and hot!!I didn't finish it right away and wound up enjoying the rest of it much later that night. It helped keep me awake while watching the Aurora Borealis (posted a couple pics hopefully you can see the cup ?). Nothing like North Pole Starbucks and Aurora Borealis viewing!

The baristas are generally polite enough, but consistently get drinks wrong. Please pay more attention, I’m just not going to go here anymore because I’m so tired of mine and my husbands’ simple orders being wrong.

I’ve been to this Starbucks 3 times. The first 2 times we had the friendliest baristas and it was easily a 5 star experience. One even struck up a conversation with us during one of those previous visits. This 1 star rating is purely for today’s visit. Today when I went in (1/15/23 around 7 am) the barista working was incredibly rude. She barely spoke to me, if she did she mumbled. She assumed I was done with my order after 2 muffins and a drink and told me my total without asking if there was anything else I’d like to order. When I told her I one more drink she looked at me as if I inconvenienced her and how dare I ask her to do her job. I thanked her for taking my order and she didn’t reply. After she made our drinks, I told her to have a nice a day and thanked her once again. She walked away and didn’t even acknowledge me. I sure wish I remembered her name and I hope she’s never there when I go back.

Cianne took my order, and could not have been less enthused to do so. She rolled her eyes a couple of times while I was giving her my order, and she took way too long to punch it in. She also spoke barely loud enough for me or her coworker to hear her, and got audibly frustrated when we didn’t understand what she was saying.
