I would go daily if I could, consistently perfect drinks. Grasshopper matcha has me in a chokehold

I used to frequent this location because it’s minutes from my house but I quickly noticed how often they got our orders wrong. Our food was consistently wrong so I stopped going for months but took a chance last weekend and regretted it. While I was waiting for my order, one of the employees (on her day off) drove up, parked in the line, got out of her car and went in asking for straws but stayed for several minutes and made herself a burrito before leaving. Customers had to drive around her car, still empty in the line, to get to the window and order. When my order was ready, they had forgotten my drink and got my husband’s food wrong. I went back and told them and the girl said, “I can just remake it…?” When I got home, I realized my food was wrong too. They’re usually rude and unprofessional and I won’t go back.

Majority of the girls hired here have little to no costumer service skills and are usually quite rude. Foods great when they get the order right ur and drinks r good but I feel bad even giving a tip when the girls have such bad communication skills, seem to be always having a bad day and come off so cold.

Tried their Mocha and Bagel!! Loved it !!

Their drinks are sickly sweet, I had to throw mine away because it tasted like a cup of sugar. Also sad they expect tips because they look wear excessive makeup and try to look like hooters girls.

Get the works on a Jalapeño bagel. You won't be disappointed

Staff is friendly and the coffee is great! I always get the white mocha, but they have eggnog now! So I might have to try something new next time

Love Sunrise! They don't have places like this where I live. Make sure I go everytime I'm here. Love their sausage, egg and cheese croissant. My husband likes their bagels. Some of the other don't use real bagels. Sunrise does.

My husband's favorite coffee shop! These ladies have learned his truck and get his breakfast sandwiches ready so he can just pay and leave on his way to work. Lovely and amazing staff! They also have my black & white Mocha that I love so it's a win-win for us!

I ordered cream cheese bagel. It's huge but very good with LOTS of cream cheese. The coffee is not bad, but kind of watery. I put 3 star on atmosphere cause it's a drivethru coffeeshop, so no atmosphere.
