You know what's the worst getting crappy food and spending

I DoorDash at night after working 7:30-6. These people consistently ruin my delivery time by taking 20-30 mins every single time I walk through the door. “Managers” sitting around making eye contact with customers and not engaging. Place is an absolute train wreck and needs new staff asap.

Store is absolutely garbage. Lobby is closed at 630pm on a Wednesday. Picking up an order and am told that the order isn't ready and I must loop around the drive thru again. My understanding is that food is made to order. Leaving a drive thru is unacceptable!

Made an order through Uber eats to pickup my meal myself. Went to go inside, but the doors were locked. Knocked on the window to get someone's attention, a young man came to the door said the lobby is closed and closed the door in my face. Please put a sign on the door stating the lobby is closed even for to go orders, turn on the drive thru is open sign and have a happy heart.

My mom got DoorDash for the whole family (7 people), and we didn’t get 4 crunchwraps and a chicken quesadilla.
The lobby was closed, so me and my sister (17 &18) went through the drive through, explaining the missing food. They tell us to pull up to the window, taking the receipt.
A couple minutes after, a bald dude in his 40’s, who I can only assume is the manager, opens the window
“I know for a fact you got those fries, I remember putting them in myself.”
I did in fact get my fries, and they were good! But we were missing the rest of our food.
I assume that the door dasher must have taken it, I am not blaming the workers. But Instead of making the food we were missing, which I know a franchise as big as Taco Bell can afford, he became irritable.
“I personally made this order, I know I put that food in, I’m not giving you shit.”
😀 why are you cussing at me, it’s not MY fault, and I wasn’t even rude! Grown man btw
Anyways, long story short, he was probably just irritated because he has no hair and works at Taco Bell in his 40’s.

My family and I came for dinner. The food is usually great however today that was not the case. It did not appear to be busy but the manager closed lobby saying they were too busy once we arrived. Since we were already seated we waited nearly an hour for our food mean while employees have time to sweep just not make food. After sitting and watching the manager continuously be rude to other customers who made their way in yelling at them saying “they are closed and there is a sign on the door” we decided to attempt to cancel the order. Since it had been over an hour we were not able to cancel the order so we were stuck waiting in an extremely long drive through lane just for their system to go down and us still not be able to get our food! Very hungry and agitated after a long day of work.

Took so long for anyone to help and then they were not very competent. People who work now a days can be lazy and still get paid. This places manager should really do some surprise inspections

Apparently “no cheese supreme durito tacos with xtra, nacho fries 2 drinks and hot sauce” means give me extra cheese, no supreme or tomato’s, no hot sauce or cheese sauce woth straws for the drinks when it was all paid in full.
