1/8/26. I gotta say in a situation that I think the other Taco Bell‘s in Fairbanks would have genuinely fell apart in the chaos. I gotta tell you that tonight this crew absolutely crushed it. They did a great job with a massive line even with burst pipes. Whoever is in management should really commend this team tonight as they did a fantastic job.

Ordered on DoorDash and as soon as I put in the order they switched it from delivery to takeout. I canceled immediately and couldn’t get my money back. Almost an hour later the same DoorDash pickup person is still waiting there. I called them and they hung up on me and didn’t pick up my he 2nd time I called. Absolute trash.

The wait was ridiculous. Over 20 minutes for 2 meals. The drink was wrong, and the female restroom smelled like feces. Another person waited an hour to get theirs.

The dining room is closed more often than not. I’m not sure why. It’s the only Taco Bell restaurant I’ve ever seen like that. It’s 3:34PM and you HAVE to use the drive through. The drive through lane is horrible too

Went threw the drive thru last night and when I was the second car from the speaker I got to witness the old manager lady screaming threw the speaker at the car infront of me causing them to pull off then when it was my turn they claimed not to have anything but then figured out they did in the middle of my order then took forever to give me my food even though it was sitting right in the other side of the window don't go here

Bro, what is up with your drive though. I dont even care about the fact that your lobby is always closed probubly due to low staffing. BUT WHY DO I HAVE TO MAKE A 30 POINT TURN TO GET TO THE WINDOW??? I feel like im driving a semi truck when I come to taco bell

I am not much for fast food. With that said i have stopped here twice 1 week apart from each other. The staff that o interacted with are very nice. The lobby is a mess. The restroom ( Mens ) is disgusting. The first time i stopped i thaught it was from the person that was camping out in the restroom. But today i used it again and it still smells the same grossness and the toilet seat still has the same poop runs on it from the last time I was here. So in one week that bathroom has not been touched by any kind of soap mop anything... Even though I found the food to be decent with actual stuff in the tortillas and taco shells it really makes you wonder if they can't clean a bathroom in the dining area what are they not doing in the kitchen? The music is super loud in the seating area they could turn it down quite a bit and just have just a faint sound of it in the background instead of blasting you out with a broken cracked speaker.
