The dining room is closed more often than not. I’m not sure why. It’s the only Taco Bell restaurant I’ve ever seen like that. It’s 3:34PM and you HAVE to use the drive through. The drive through lane is horrible too

Went threw the drive thru last night and when I was the second car from the speaker I got to witness the old manager lady screaming threw the speaker at the car infront of me causing them to pull off then when it was my turn they claimed not to have anything but then figured out they did in the middle of my order then took forever to give me my food even though it was sitting right in the other side of the window don't go here

I am not much for fast food. With that said i have stopped here twice 1 week apart from each other. The staff that o interacted with are very nice. The lobby is a mess. The restroom ( Mens ) is disgusting. The first time i stopped i thaught it was from the person that was camping out in the restroom. But today i used it again and it still smells the same grossness and the toilet seat still has the same poop runs on it from the last time I was here. So in one week that bathroom has not been touched by any kind of soap mop anything... Even though I found the food to be decent with actual stuff in the tortillas and taco shells it really makes you wonder if they can't clean a bathroom in the dining area what are they not doing in the kitchen? The music is super loud in the seating area they could turn it down quite a bit and just have just a faint sound of it in the background instead of blasting you out with a broken cracked speaker.

Food is on par with other taco bell chains. Service is extremely slow every time we go in. Also make sure to check your bag, items are almost always missing.
Wrong order. Charged us for everything but didn’t give us several items (the most expensive ones too) also asked to add jalapenos and they didn’t to any of them. Huge wait, very slow. Inside is closed only drive through.

I went to Taco Bell to get some food Through the drive-through after I got to where they take your order they asked me I Was using the mobile app and I said no, and then I was completely ignored. Sat there for 20 minutes waiting for them to Take my order until I finally decided to get out of line and just leave.

Basically drive through only, takes about 20-30 min to get your food even if you order in advance because you have to wait in line for everyone else to get their food, and you can’t go inside to pick up because the lobby is almost always closed. Oh and also they just randomly close early so if you order ahead of time on the app and they randomly close outside of their normal operating hours, you are SOL. Also it has the worst drive through I have ever driven through. I love taco bell but this place is not worth the risk or frustration.

I very rarely go to taco bell in north pole, something is wrong with the staff. Everytime I go there i always have items missing, or I get someone else's orders . I pay good money when I get there as I have a big family to feed . But , I have to say im not one who usually leave reviews but cooperate has to do something or I can almost garentee this location will be shut down for lack of money. If I pay for something I would like to recieve what I asked for . Now im not blaming every employee . It sounds like a management issue. Please help the community by doing something about this. It's been going on for years something has to change .
