I had a cheeseburger and the pineapple fried rice. Burger was generous and juicy, with lovely crispy fries! The pineapple fried rice was incredible. I'm definitely going to order again soon, and plan on trying several other menu items.

Thumbs up is hands down the best Thai food in North Pole and Fairbanks. My favorite is their teriyaki chicken, the sauce they use is amazing. Customer service is always great so that’s a win as well.

I haven’t been to Alaska since I was stationed there in 2018, but my wife and I still crave Thumbs Up Thai all the time. When we left Fairbanks for Korea you guys gave us a little elephant keychain from Thailand and we still have it. Glad to see you guys are doing well <3

The service is great and the prices are fair. I usually get the pineapple red curry or the cheeseburger… I don’t know of a better burger in town and I’ve tried a lot of them. If you’re diabetic let them know and they’ll adjust the amount of sugar in your dish…
Dietary restrictions: For diabetics -> let them know and they’ll adjust the amount of sugar in your order. For me half-sugar is pretty close to ‘normal’ in the pineapple curry. Quarter-sugar makes it a little less decadent

A true gem! It's incredible the quality of food that comes from here despite the size of drive thru it operates in. Worth driving to this place to support this small business and not judge it by the forced inflated prices of doordash. Don't penalize a small business for your own convenience please!
