Myself and your drive thru employees hate the automated greeting, it prevents a personal experience and complicates the ordering experience as a whole. I was confused when I heard the robo-greeter and then the actual employee saying he needs a moment before taking my order. I can only see this making things more difficult for everyone involved. Especially if you're out of the menu item the automated system is trying to advertise. Please remove the automated drive thru greeter.
The low ratings must be from a different era, because the food was good and very fast. The interaction I had with the woman at the counter was above and beyond my expectations. Not sure what other people are experiencing, but this is a perfectly fine establishment.
