We got two fish dishes. Both were fantastic. Fish plate with cod, clam, and shrimp. Plus, a dish of Halibut chips. Great service with a positive attitude. Fried with what tasted like healthy coconut oil. No food wasted. Very happy.
We enjoyed visiting Petersburg Alaska as we're sailing Northbound. The Coastal Cold Storage restaurant is an obvious hot spot with the locals. Although it's unassuming, the food was outstanding. The service was exceptional. The tarter sauce was very good. I had the salmon burger and my husband had the shrimp bits. Delicious battered halibut and clams and other choices, including breakfasts. Busy with a short line, but tables are available inside and outside, though only about nine total. The portions are generous.
