If you get your catch fish in Petersburg, Alaska. Come here to have it processed! Make sure to tell them to filet AND take the skin off your Halibut. I had them put it in 1lb packages for me. Ended up with just under 30lbs of Halibut and Salmon. Bought a medium sized insulated box for shipping back home. Real friendly service. Can't wait to come back!
