Love going to Drips for a quick weekend lunch and a Red Bull kicker. The food is always delicious and recently their homemade Ruben killed it.

We absolutely LOVE Rachel’s creations. We drive out of our way to get her Saturday specials. RUN don’t walk to get in line! You won’t regret it!

Her pizza, fried chicken sandwiches (move over chick fila!) and sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches- YUM! Her homemade yeast rolls are to die for. You will love them! You’re welcome! Enjoy!

So I just ate this monster burrito and It was so good! One of the best I've had! This is the only burrito I've eaten that's given me a huge endorphin rush...it was incredible! Thanks for the gigantic burrito and americano! I'll definitely come back for another in the future!

Quite an interesting spot at the highway junction ... Functions 4 times a week from thu to sun from morning 6 to afternoon 2 except sat when it's opened till 5 in the evening.
They serve basic food and drinks to incl Sandwiches, coffee and hot chocolate etc. Nothing so great except the location. Prices are reasonable...

We love Drips and were bummed when they had to close. So thrilled to hear they opened back up! She makes the best iced WC Americano and I can’t get enough of their yeast rolls with sausage egg and cheese. A perfect stop to fuel up for a road trip.

A Wonderful Surprise and an Even Better Breakfast!
We were delightfully surprised to find out that Drips Cafe was open again, and we didn’t waste any time loading up the car and heading out to Salcha this morning!

We all ordered the special—sausage biscuits and gravy—and wow, it did not disappoint. Everything was fresh, piping hot, and generously portioned. Honestly, it was so much food that it’s pulling double duty as both breakfast and dinner today!

One of the things we truly love about Drips Cafe is the welcoming vibe. The owners always take time to chat, crack jokes, and genuinely show appreciation for their customers. It feels more like visiting friends than stopping by a coffee hut.

P.S. A little outdoor picnic table would be amazing for enjoying all that delicious food onsite—just a thought! 😊

I had the pleasure of ordering one of their breakfast sandwiches the other week and just brought my wife back there this morning so she can experience it. NOWHERE in Alaska are you going to find a breakfast sandwich made on a freshly baked homemade roll. This is by far one of the best am sandwiches I've ever had, and in Salcha of all places! Very impressive, we will support them whenever we're passing through.
