An unassuming cafe from the outside. A great community and some amazing food on the inside. The breakfast burrito and the apple fritter were amazing. My family also really enjoyed the biscuit sandwich and the fried egg sandwich (but I think the burrito is the winner). Everyone, including the patrons, were so kind and talkative. It really made the experience great. Highly recommend stopping here if you come to Seward.

This is the place to eat breakfast while in Seward! The very few places that are open for breakfast are over priced tourist traps. Not the Lighthouse! They serve a great breakfast at very reasonable prices. The folks at the counter are friendly and helpful. We will come back again!

I've debated about leaving a review for Lighthouse cafe and bakery.
I did a google search, as I typically do for the various town/cities we visit, for sourdough bakery. Lighthouse Bakery came up. Then we walked around Seward and I saw it. The first time we looked in it was busy, two young girls were selling chocolate chip cookies outside and we happily bought two. But I didn't see many pastries and absolute no loaves of read. It was between 10-11 am and I thought...
