Excellent authentic smoked salmon and black cod sable. The owner was amazing. The food was fantastic. He offered us a sample of each fish with an explanation of how he purchases the fish and how it's prepared. He has been in business for a long time And it's obvious why? Because it's an outstanding place to buy smoked fish. I highly recommend you're going here if you're in the area.

Seriously... the schmear... the dips... the fish. All are amazing and delicious and fresh! Run to Safeway and buy the asiago cheese bagels... toast them on a grill or open flame and coat with the schmear. You will thank me later!

Oh my, I’ve tried smoke fish all over the place and Jim has something special. His love for what he produces is hands down some of the best smoked fish I’ve ever had. We stopped is at 4:56 right before he closed and a sign was on the door “come back at 5:30 we be smoking and bagging “. We came back at 5:33 and he gave us tasty snacks and said not ready yet needs to reach 38 degrees. We ran a quick trip to the house and came back and now have devoured 2 lbs of the best salmon I’ve ever had. Hats off sir. I will be calling in the future to have that deliciousness shipped to the lower 48.
