Went in to get into the fall mood with some pumpkin spice. The Barista crafted me a delightful pinkin spice hot chocolate that was really good and warmed me up a muffin. Great staff with great attention to detail.

Over charged for a grande latte, I should have asked for a receipt but it wasn’t till after I paid and waiting for my drink, I noticed the 2 people behind me ordering the same thing getting charged $3 less then I paid. Not sure why this is ok.

It's about average for Starbucks.
Had a frappe before doing some shopping in Safeway. Good drinks and friendly service. I see they are putting in a new bigger Starbucks up in the front of the Safeway. Should be nicer when finished.
Parking: Today the parking was a mess because of the repairs taking place. Looks like when everything is finished in the parking lot parking should be great.

Caramel Macchiato is not made like it is in Anchorage. I ordered a triple hot caramel macchiato with soy milk and I received what tasted like an Americano with burnt espresso beans. When I asked the barista to remake it (with a please and a thank you) because I thought maybe an order was mixed up, I was glared at and the drink was remade with a flat tone of voice. I watched the barista remake it and the caramel is not Torani caramel. It’s some sort of dark liquidy knockoff. No cinnamon was put on top. Soy milk did not taste like soy milk.Worst part was the drink tasted exactly the same as the first one. I asked if I should throw the first one away, I was given a “yes” with a side eye.tl;dr - they burn espresso beans and have cheap substitutes for additional items that go beyond syrup and milk substitutes. Also ordered a double smoked bacon sandwich but it came out too hot so it dried out the bread…

No bathroom. How do you have a coffee shop with no available restroom?
Coffee was great. The one employee did great at getting the orders filled.

The best Starbucks in Alaska. Hands down! Staff are excellent, they make the coffee correctly every time. Thank you!
Was in line for over 25 minutes when the person running the front rudely stopped all service and told us to go away without explanation. The store was not closed nor was it close to closing. Wasted our valuable time on vacation.

When there are so many better coffee shops in town, support those instead!! Coffee is subpar at best
Starbucks in Seward, AK...LMAO good times
Many better coffee shops Nothing here but basic Starbuck fare. If you want Alaskan experience go elsewhere.

Standard, in-store Starbucks. Had breakfast and an Americano which were both good
