The food and service at Cafe on 5th was awesome! A hidden gem! I’m sure they have amazing coffee and baked goods, but we needed lunch. We had croissant pizza, salmon chowder, and a flavor packed ham and cheese sandwich. The owner and chef takes great pride in his creations and it shows!
Working on a cruise ship, I needed good fuel — and this café on 5th Street in Skagway became my happy place! ☕️🥐 The coffee is top-notch, the bakery treats are always fresh and delicious, and the team is so friendly they make you feel right at home. Every week I looked forward to my “Skagway coffee fix.” 10000% recommend! Can’t wait to sail back to Alaska just to stop here again. 🚢✨
Pablo and staff are truly amazing people. Friendliness and quality are key words here. I still can’t believe Pablo recognized us from last winter when we came through. Looking forward to future croissants and lattés
