The fried dough is SO GOOD that it should be illegal. Didn't like waiting in line but it was well worth it.

People lineup for their pastries but I went in for the wild game sausage they have for sale! Super friendly people, too!

This is recommended from a YouTube channel based out of alaska, the outdoor boys, and many other people on social media recommended this. Huge fry bread that tastes like a massive churro and is very delicious! Can easily split with two to three people. Would recommend this to everyone are there trips on their Alaskan cruise or visiting!

You get them hot out of the fryer. Think of an elephant ear from your local county fair. Delicious! I hear it’s quite busy during season however very short line in late September.

Great place in Skagway to grab Alaskan fry bread. It was delicious and worth the wait. I would highly recommend stopping by here before you leave.

Doughboy was new to us. It is quite popular and can therefore be a little busy but never took more than 5 minutes to get the doughboy. We took it 3 times in 2 days. I love sweet stuff and this reminds me of an India kulcha but sweet.

Vegetarian options: Doughboy itself is egg free so safe to eat

Kid-friendliness: There were more kids than adults there

Wheelchair accessibility: It is on the street and easy to access

There was a long line outside this place and had to try it. We got 3 doughboys to share amongst 7 people and it was delicious. Tasted like a funnel cake without the powdered sugar but replaced with regular sugar with cinnamon. The wait wasn’t that long since it seems like they nailed their process of frying the dough, putting sugar on it then serving it. They also have souvenirs that you can buy. Def recommend as a pick me up snack.

Ordered one dough without giving me any receipt. Five minutes later the cashier rushed out the door and questioned my whole family for not paying for the dough. Not really understand for their intention.

The Doughboy was well enjoyed and big enough to share!!. Customer service was quick despite the line up the wait was very short.

Unfortunately, staff came across as miserable. Not welcoming and not a smile from any of the three working. No thank you. They seriously need to up their friendly factor!! Everyone of our three friends who when in the store came out with the same comment. Miserable employees who clearly didn't want to be there. Not what you'd expect from a business that relies on tourism.

The cashier (short) girl was so rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there!. The service could be better and kinder.
The fry bread was good though.
