Was going for a little bit but quickly realized that the only barista who isn’t rude is the sweet young blonde girl. One of the older baristas made fun of my husbands drink and does not make good coffee. And most of the baristas are rude and dismissive. After today I'm not going to be returning.

This is two times in a row that they messed up on the same drink in a roll for two days. Other than that, the Young ladies are very nice. Just don’t think paying that much to get something that you can’t drink is upsetting.

I had the best service recently by a ray of sunshine personified. Their welcoming attitude, utter professionalism, and lasting impression have me shook to my core, and wanting some more of my favorite rebuilding special! Was so pleased with the entire interaction that not online did I ensure to write a review, I told every person I passed the name of this business and how much they needed to experience it! Loved it to death will be coming back.

The service I will give a five stars because I love my go to Ella girl! She is always in the mornings and she always brings a smile to my face -her customer service is on point and her drinks are even better. She is the only person I will have in that shop make me a London fog. I will not have it any other way! She is awesome and I really appreciate her attention to detail.

Gotten coffee here multiple times. Each time it’s been MOSTLY satisfactory. Nothing crazy amazing.
I’ll usually get a white chocolate americano with cream, and 9 times out of 10 the chocolate has not been stirred in, so it clumps at the bottom.
Simple solution would be to mix the white chocolate with the water before the shots are poured. 🤷♂️ really big hassle to do it myself after getting where I need to go, especially if I don’t have a spoon handy.
