Normally I love your hamburgers.However today was disappointing When I ordered and asked for no sauce on burger. The girl in the back said, oh I can just wipe it off.? That was a bit disturbing and then needless to say, I felt I had to check my burger before I left.The store out of the two one was Luke warm? I was pretty disappointed

They almost always get my meal to within 5 minutes. Aside from one time they didn't give me the Au Jus with my French dip, it is always excellent. There is a bell to ring for good service, and there have been just two times I didn't ring it
