What a treat in Soldotna! We tried going one night for dinner, turns out they were already sold out. We went when they opened for lunch the next day and realized why they were sold out. Super good. Two of us got the three meat plate and couldn’t finish it. And we’re eaters. I went back the next day for the Black Jaxx Snack, which is a 16oz container of homemade black beans, brisket or pork (I chose brisket) and a Hawaiian roll, all for $11. My mom and I flew in to visit a friend in Soldotna. While in town one day we stopped for lunch at BlackJaxx. While waiting on our order I was reading a paper that had been placed on their window.
